RODOLFO CHIESA FARELL rodolfo.chiesa@creative.com.uy
Graduated in Mechanical Industrial Engineering with a degree from
Universidad de la República, Montevideo, Uruguay.
With 15 years of experience in the field he has successfully led
engineering teams and complex projects in the development and application of
new technologies for the leather industry. Among other responsibilities he
also acted as Industrial Operations Manager at Corporate Level at Zenda, a leading company on automotive and aerospace
leather production. To further his knowledge in business management he
studied Dr. W. Edwards Deming's Philosophy with the Institute that carries
his name in Uruguay. At the end of 2009 he started Creative
Engineering venture as a Partner with his brother Gonzalo Chiesa.

Graduated in Mechanical Industrial Engineering with a degree from
Universidad de la República, Montevideo, Uruguay.
For the past two years he lived and worked in New Zealand in the fruit
industry for Compac Sorting Equipment.
He carried out tasks of project management involving process engineering
and plan layout definitions for fruit processing plants. In 2009 he
returned to Uruguay to work for the same company as a project manager for
all South American projects giving also support to salesman in the region.
At the end of 2009 he started Creative Engineering venture as a Partner
with his brother Rodolfo Chiesa. In 2012 he decided to attend the Full-Time
MBA at Politecnico di
Milano, Italy to enhance his management and business skills.

FERNANDO TORRE JUSTO fernando.torre@creative.com.uy
He studied at the Faculty of Architecture (2 years) and holds an
Engineering Assistant Degree. Between 1992 y 2002 he joined
commissioning teams for the international group TECHINT. Among others,
he was involved in the installation of a Power Line for UTE, Plan de Saneamiento 3 project for IMM, several La Teja Refinery projects for ANCAP, and the
installation of a High Tension Line for Stel
S.A. (Gold Mine in Minas de Corrales, Uruguay). Later on, in 2004, he
left TECHINT to be part of the commissioning team for the construction
of a brand new 175,000 sqft Finishing
Plant for ZENDA leather company. After the start-up of the plant he was
offered to stay as Production Manager, task he performed from year 2005
to 2012. In 2013 he joined Creative Engineering team.

FRANCISCO ZORRILLA DE SAN MARTIN francisco.zorrilla@creative.com.uy
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Montevideo,
Montevideo Uruguay. He gained great experience as 3D mechanical designer
being part of the Technical Division of BERKES S.A. from 2007 to 2012. In
2012 he joined Creative Engineering team.

Eng. JORGE FLEITAS ROMERO jorge.fleitas@creative.com.uy
Graduated
in 2010 as a Mechanical Engineer from the Universidad Central de
Venezuela, Caracas, Venezuela. He began his career as a Project
Engineer at SEA Corporation in the area of underwater activities,
taking care of project planning, CAD design, CFD simulations and 3D
animations. He subsequently joined Empresas Y&V in the static
equipment section focused on the Oil and Gas Industry, collaborating
both in equipment design, specifications and manufacturing drawings
review. In 2017, he moved to Uruguay, joining the Creative Engineering
team, contributing with his knowledge in 3D design and programming of
Excel sheets for Engineering applications.

CARLOS ANDRES BUSTAMANTE SILVA carlos.bustamante@creative.com.uy
Graduate
of the Civil Construction Degree from the University of the Americas,
Chile, with technical studies of industrial mechanics and technical
drawing. Between 2004-2010 he participated in technical office teams
for the development of civil works and implementation of corporate
image for Luminosos Alcaino, Chile. Between 2010-2012, he participated
in engineering and field management teams for the development and
implementation of transportation and bottle filling lines for Sidel
Chile. Between 2012-2016 He worked in the area of sales and development
engineering for Fruit Calibration Lines in Compac Sorting Equipment
company. In 2017 he joined the Creative team. He has advanced level
experience in 3D modeling and development software, as well as
evaluation software and project costs.

Arq. HUGO GONZALEZ PALACIOS hugo.gonzalez@creative.com.uy
Graduated
as an Architect from the University of the Republic, Montevideo,
Uruguay. Since 2006 he worked for Tannery Zenda as Head of Purchase of
Raw Material, his performance allowed him to project his career as
Manager of the Completion Plant at the Branch in South Africa, where he
worked from 2010 to 2013. Upon his return to Uruguay he held the
position of Purchasing Manager in the same company. In 2017, he joined
the Creative Engineering team to work on Layout design projects and
focusing on management and business negotiation experience.

Advanced
student in the career Engineer in Production at the University of the
Republic, Montevideo, Uruguay, currently studying 5th year. He worked
as a technical assistant in surveys, quotations and assembly, in
various projects of modular aluminum structures, in the company ALUTIPO
SRL. In 2018 he joined the Creative Engineering team.

DOUGLAS FERRERI HERMIDA douglas.ferreri@creative.com.uy
Between
1994 and 2004 he served as Head of the Occupational Health and Safety
Department at Zenda Leather. Between 2003 and 2006, as Head of Supply
Management. Between 2006 and 2007, as Production Manager. From 2008 to
2016 he was in charge of Plant Management, taking responsibility for
co-directing assembly and infrastructure projects with a special focus
on safety and efficiency. In 2012 he graduated from the management
development program of the Catholic University. From 2016 to 2018 he
directed the operations of YERRA RUGS. In 2018 he joined the Creative
team carrying out Project Management.

VALENTÍN FINOZZI CAUSINDO valentin.finozzi@creative.com.uy
Advanced
student of Mechanical Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of
Engineering of the University of the Republic, Montevideo, Uruguay.
Currently studying his fifth year in the faculty and carrying out the
degree project. He twice carried out University Extension tasks, in the
design and construction of a solar collector and in the evaluation of
the operation and efficiency of an ice machine built by Urumáquinas. In
2019 he joined the Creative Engineering team.
